The Blackstone Group L.P. in New York seeks an Analyst as part of its competitive analyst program.
You will engage in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across private equity asset classes, with exposure to secondary LP transactions, GP-led continuation funds, and co-investments. This on-site role requires 1–3 years in investment banking or private equity, a BA/BS, and a resume that includes GPA.

Blackstone’s Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well‑rounded perspective on business and investing. Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private equity asset classes. They will gain valuable experience by working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP‑led continuation funds, co‑investments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments, and conducting various research projects.

Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 – $140,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications and job location. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and the possibility of equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
