Blackstone is seeking a Private Equity Analyst for its corporate private equity business, based in New York. The role targets students graduating between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 and involves evaluating investment opportunities, building operating models, and preparing materials for investment committees.

You will conduct industry research, run financial analyses, and assist in due diligence and financing transactions while supporting portfolio companies with performance analysis and value

Qualifications

• Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, with anticipated graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
