Blackstone is seeking a Vice President in Blackstone Data Science (BXDS) to lead data science and investment analytics for Private Equity Secondaries. You will develop analytical models, pricing frameworks, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows to support scalable investment decision-making.

The role emphasizes modeling for secondaries, portfolio analytics, cash flow forecasting, and interpretation of complex investment materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science, quantitative analytics, or investment analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with complex datasets.
• Experience building analytical models and forecasting tools.
• Solid foundation in statistics and quantitative methods.
• Experience with private markets or investment data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science models and tools for PE secondaries, focusing on pricing and portfolio analytics.
• Collaborate with investment professionals to translate needs into data solutions.
• Develop repeatable data workflows to improve evaluation efficiency.
• Create AI/LLM-enabled workflows for extracting and summarizing investment materials.
• Work with data engineering to improve data pipelines and quality.
• Deliver end-to-end projects from definition to adoption.
