Job summary

North is building a first-of-its-kind private equity partnerships program to drive cloud spend optimization across portfolios. You will shape strategy, establish trusted relationships with PE firms, and turn partnerships into revenue through early portfolio opportunities.

You will collaborate with operating partners, technology leaders, and finance executives to demonstrate how North’s cloud cost management improves margins and EBITDA, while expanding across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or enterprise business development.
• Meaningful experience with private equity firms or portfolio companies.
• Strong network among operating partners and portfolio executives.
• Proven track record turning relationships into pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building a new channel or partnership motion from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the private equity partnership strategy for North.
• Build relationships with PE firms and operating partners.
• Develop portfolio-wide programs to generate repeatable opportunities.
• Turn relationships into revenue with partner-sourced deals.
• Create messaging and processes to scale the channel.
• Run program governance with pipeline visibility and health reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing for PE-focused campaigns and events.
• Represent North at PE and portfolio-related events.
