Job summary

North is building its first Director of Partnerships, Private Equity in New York City. You will own the PE partnership strategy and build relationships with private equity firms and their operating teams.

You will develop portfolio-wide programs that create repeatable opportunities across portfolios and partner with Sales to turn relationships into revenue. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this hybrid role collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to scale North’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related revenue roles.
• Experience with private equity firms or portfolio companies.
• Strong network among operating partners and portfolio executives.
• Proven ability to turn relationships into pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building partnerships from scratch.
• Ability to engage executive, financial, and technical stakeholders.
• Based in the New York City Metropolitan area.
