Apex Group seeks an experienced fund accounting leader to oversee client service for Private Equity fund administration clients. You will supervise staff, manage fund reporting, and coordinate with global teams to deliver accurate financial statements and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fund accounting or related role.
• Deep understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting for PE or infrastructure funds.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive service excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS reporting for closed-ended funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients.
• Direct supervision of staff and project leadership.
• Oversee financial statements and investor communications for PE/infrastructure funds.
• Coordinate global client relationships and cross-location projects.
• Assist NAV processes for PE fund clients and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Develop and enhance fund administration platforms to improve automation.
