Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) seeks an experienced PE fund administration leader to oversee client service and fund accounting for private equity clients. You will supervise staff, manage US GAAP/IFRS reporting for closed-ended structures, and support global projects and NAV processes.

Responsibilities include enhancing client relationships, developing services, and coordinating with cross-border teams to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in fund administration or related field.
• Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as SME to the team.
• Strong commercial awareness and client service focus.
• Prior PE fund or PE administrator experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proactive and accurate work.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and client interaction.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients.
• Direct supervision of staff.
• US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures including PE or Infrastructure.
• Assist in developing global client relationships, optimize service offerings, productivity and profitability.
• Prepare Financial Statements and investor communications for clients.
• Manage NAV preparation and review process for PE fund clients.
• Oversee fund accounting and investor reporting systems (Investran, eFront) and investor portals (ICX, IDX).
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policies; support global projects and integration efforts.
