Job summary

The Apex Group is seeking an experienced leader to oversee fund accounting and client service for Private Equity fund administration clients in Denver. You will coordinate with global teams, drive financial reporting, and manage client relationships to optimize service delivery.

Required are 8+ years in PE fund accounting, strong leadership, and expertise in US GAAP/IFRS reporting. Proficiency with Investran/eFront and related systems is a plus, with a four days in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in PE fund accounting or fund administration.
• Subject matter expert on complex fund structures and fund accounting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience of other professionals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended funds.
• Experience with Investran and/or eFront platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for PE fund administration clients.
• Direct supervision of staff.
• Oversee US GAAP/IFRS reporting for PE/infrastructure funds.
• Develop global client relationships and optimize service offerings.
• Produce financial statements and investor communications.
• Manage NAV preparation and review for PE/RE clients.
• Leverage Investran/eFront to automate processes and standardize work.
• Collaborate with global operation centers.
