Job summary

Tenfold Search & Advisory is seeking an Associate for our specialist investment team focused on digital infrastructure. You will gain exposure across data centers and fiber, in both credit and equity, with a flexible mandate that broadens your transaction experience.

You will work directly with senior team members on live transactions from week one, own components of the deal lifecycle, and develop underwriting, modeling, and written communication skills in a collaborative, high-performing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct investing or relevant transactional experience.
• Coverage of digital infrastructure (data centers, fiber, or both).
• Exposure to both credit and equity transactions is a plus.
• Background from a specialist or boutique investment bank, or a comparable investment firm.
• Strong underwriting, modeling, and written communication skills.

What You'll Own

• Direct investing in data center and fiber transactions
• Both credit and equity work: diligence, modeling, structuring, documentation
• Full deal lifecycle exposure from sourcing support through post-close asset management
