• The role supports complex digital infrastructure matters across the globe, focusing on data-center development, colocation, and hyperscaler lease arrangements; terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization; operational agreements for infrastructure assets; and associated financing and purchase and sale transactions.
• The practice supports some of the most active players in the digital infrastructure sector, with associates expected to take on substantial responsibility and leadership.
• Candidates with experience in data center leasing and development or other infrastructure development projects will be prioritized.
• Requirements include the ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents, highly developed analytical and communications skills, and a true interest in developing a practice in the digital infrastructure space.
