Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Account Manager – Private Equity in Malta to lead a Private Equity fund accounting team, ensure NAV calculations, and coordinate client reporting. You will liaise with Investor Reporting, Company Secretarial and Compliance teams and drive timely regulatory submissions.

The role requires 3+ years in PE/fund accounting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in private equity or related funds and fund accounting.
• Experience in NAV, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Private Equity fund accounting team.
• Coordinate NAV calculations and client reporting.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and audit preparation.
• Manage onboarding of new funds and due diligence.
