Qualifications

• 3+ years in private equity or related funds.
• Experience with capital calls, distributions and fee calculations.
• Understanding of IFRS/UK/Lux/US GAAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations and timely delivery.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and audit preparation.
• Onboard new funds and manage fund setup tasks.
• Meet deadlines for financial statements and client reporting.
• Lead a Private Equity team and allocate resources.
