Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking an experienced private duty nurse to deliver discreet, premier 1:1 care in VIP clients' homes. This is a 1099 contractor role with complete control over when and where you work and which cases you accept.

You’ll earn starting at $70/hour with weekly pay and flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, or ongoing engagements, providing high-quality care with autonomy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
