Job summary

TheKey Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking experienced RNs and LPNs for in-home private duty care. Work as an independent contractor (1099) with control over when and where you work, handling case assignments that fit your schedule.

Earn starting at $40+/hour with weekly pay and choose from 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, or ongoing cases. This role emphasizes autonomy, high-quality one-on-one care, and professional standards for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
