Concierge Nursing Referral Services connects elite clinicians with VIP clients for in-home care. Nurses provide private 1:1 skilled care, with total schedule control and 1099 independence.

Earn from $40+/hr, weekly pay, and flexible shifts including 8–12 hours, 2-hour visits, or ongoing long-term cases. Roles require an active RN license, 2+ years of nursing, CPR/BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, monitoring, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate needs including medical supplies and transport when required.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and office.
• Educate and train patients and families on health and care.
