Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking experienced private duty nurses for in-home, one-on-one care. You will deliver discrete clinical care and coordinate needs for VIP clients in their homes.

As a 1099 contractor, you control when and where you work, with flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, or ongoing cases. Prior RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
