Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, seeks experienced RNs for in-home, one-on-one care with VIP clients.

As a 1099 contractor, you control when and where you work, with cases negotiated individually. Starting pay is $70 per hour, weekly payments.

Choose from 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, per-diem gigs, or long-term opportunities, delivering high-quality concierge nursing in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
