Job summary

Concierge Private Duty Nurse role delivering discrete, premium 1:1 in-home care for VIP clients. You control your schedule and cases as a 1099 contractor, with 8–12 hour shifts, per-diem options, and weekly pay starting at $40+/hour.

Applicants must have an active LVN license, 2+ years nursing, CPR/BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Strong autonomy, punctuality, and tech comfort are valued.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing, including ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds.
• Coordinate needs: supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families through personalized health information.
