TheKey Concierge Nursing, via Concierge Nursing Referral Services, is seeking experienced private duty nurses in Virginia for flexible 1099 assignments. Deliver high-end, one-to-one in-home care to VIP clients, with autonomy over your schedule and cases.

Pay starts at $40+/hour, negotiable per case, and is paid weekly. Choose from 8–12 hour shifts, short 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or ongoing long-term cases while maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing in the patient’s home.
• Coordinate needs including supplies, DME, and transport.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
