TheKey, through Concierge Nursing Referral Services, seeks a Registered Nurse for in-home care management in Fairfax County, Virginia. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible PRN arrangements with weekly pay and pay starting at $50 per hour.

As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to each patient’s needs, with autonomy to choose your cases and schedule, including 8-12 hour shifts or shorter visits.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management).
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate patients and families through personalized health education and training.

Conocimientos

Active RN License

2+ years nursing experience

Active CPR / BLS Certification

Proof of eligibility to work in the U
