Job summary

TheKey Concierge Nursing seeks an in-home Care Management RN for flexible PRN assignments in Fairfax County. Pay starts at $50/hour with weekly pay and case-by-case negotiation. This 1099 contractor role offers total scheduling autonomy and one-on-one patient care in clients' homes.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Portuguese bilingual is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, med mgmt).
• Coordinate needs for medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation; communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate patients and families on health management and safety.
