Concierge Nursing Referral Services (TheKey) is seeking an LPN for in-home care management in Fairfax County, VA. This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexible schedules and weekly pay, with pay starting at $40+/hr and cases negotiated individually.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
