Private Duty Pediatric Nurse positions are available with a Joint Commission Accredited home health agency in Berlin, MD. We hire compassionate LPNs and RNs to care for a pediatric client and offer training in G-tube, Trach, and ventilator support if needed.

Work one-on-one in the client’s home, perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document care clearly. Night shifts provide flexible scheduling with up to five nights per week, and we offer

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or Multistate compact.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Willing to train in G-tube/Trach care and ventilator support.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client's home.

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the Plan of Care.

Private Duty Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) for a 14 y/o male with a g/j-tube, bi-pap, and O2, in Berlin, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

• Night shift: 12A-8A

Full time or part time, up to 5 nights per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
