Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for private duty pediatric home care in Denton, MD. We support training in G-tube, trach, and ventilator care and provide ongoing education in a Joint Commission Accredited agency.

Shifts include overnight weekend coverage for a pediatric patient, with competitive pay and benefits after probation. Training and professional development are available to enhance patient care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active MD license (LPN or RN) in Maryland.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently in home setting.
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus.
• Willingness to receive training in G-tube/Trach/Vent care.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client’s home.
• Complete nursing assessment of patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.

Private Duty Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) for a 13 y/o male, with g-tube, in Denton, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Saturday: 11P-9A

Sunday: 11P-9A

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
