East Palestine Elementary School seeks a Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 2-year-old with a g-tube in Northeast Baltimore, MD. Shifts: Mon 7A-5:30P; Tue 7A-5:30P.

You will work one-on-one in the client’s home and perform nursing assessments, administer meds, and document care per Plan of Care. Requirements include MD license, CPR/BLS, independence, and a willingness to train in G-tube/Trach care; vent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license (LPN or RN).
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care; training available for qualified candidates.
• Ventilation experience preferred; training available.

Responsabilités

Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for 2 year old, with a g-tube in Northeast Baltimore, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Monday: 7A-5:30P

Tuesday: 7A-5:30P

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
