Qualifications

Experience in Private Duty Nursing, Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare Sales.
Established Palm Beach County referral network preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive business development to increase patient referrals and census for Private Duty Nursing services.
Establish and maintain relationships with VA representatives, managed care organizations, hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
Identify, develop, and secure new referral sources and business accounts.
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, networking activities, and community outreach to expand market presence.
Educate referral partners, patients, and families about available healthcare services.
Collaborate with Intake, Clinical, and Staffing teams to facilitate smooth patient admissions and service coordination.
Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities for continued market growth.
