Job summary

Vertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced Private Duty Nursing Account Executive to grow referrals and census by building relationships with VA, managed care, hospitals, physicians, and community partners. You will conduct face-to-face meetings, educate partners and families, and collaborate with Intake, Clinical, and Staffing teams to support successful admissions.

This field-based role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with opportunities to expand within Palm

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Duty Nursing, home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales.
• Established book of business and strong referral network in Palm Beach County strongly preferred.
• Existing VA, hospital, physician, or case management relationships are a plus.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and grow business.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
