TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is seeking compassionate Private Duty Nurses to join our growing team in Northern Virginia. This role offers one-on-one care to patients in their homes, with opportunities to administer medications and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Home health/private duty/clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes across NOVA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia in good standing
• Previous home health, private duty, or clinical nursing experience a preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience with Aloraplus is additional bonus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes throughout Northern Virginia (NOVA)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
