Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses to serve patients across the Fredericksburg/Stafford County area. You will deliver high-quality, personalized care in patients' homes, building real connections with families and coordinating with the care team.

• Active RN license in Virginia.

About the Role:

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is looking for multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurses to serve patients across Fredericksburg/Stafford County area. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Must have experience with administering medications, wound care wet and dry, wound vac, IV therapy, ostomy care and other clinical treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Previous home health, hospital med-surg, or community nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel throughout the NOVA region
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Must commit to working a minimum of 2 days a week 1 day of the days must be a Monday, and the other can be Wednesday or Friday.
