Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking multiple compassionate Home Health Nurses to serve patients across the Northern Virginia area. Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, patient-centered home care with flexible scheduling and meaningful patient connections.

Ideal candidates hold an active Virginia RN license, have home health or related experience, and can travel throughout NOVA. The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) and a strong commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia RN license.
• Oasis and SOC experience preferred.
• Previous home health, med-surg, or community nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license for travel throughout the NOVA region.
• Commit to working a minimum of 3 days a week Mon/Wed/Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
