Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care to clients in Florida.

You will support patients with daily living activities, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to follow the prescribed care plan. The role requires a Home Health Aide Certificate or CNA certification, at least one year of relevant experience, strong English communication, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

High School graduate or equivalent.
Home Health Aide Certificate or equivalent certification meeting HHAS standards.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a home health aide or certified nursing assistant (CNA).
Strong English language both written and verbal.
Active CPR certification required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance required.

Mansioni

Monitors and assesses patient condition, observes physical and mental status, and assists with daily living activities.
Supports Plan of Care by providing personal services and teaching families.
Assists with housekeeping, meal prep, and shopping as needed.
Provides bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
Educates family on safe patient handling and positioning.
Maintains patient records and communicates changes to the care team.
On-call responsibilities and adherence to safety and healthcare policies.
