Who we are looking for:
We are currently seekingSales & Events Managercandidates who will dedicate themselves to exceptional hospitality as a member of our new Houston Town & Country leadership team. The Sales & Events Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager to ensure a successful private dining program. The right candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a Sales & Events Manager or Event Coordinator in the restaurant industry with a minimum of two years’ experience in fine dining sales.

POSITION - SALES & EVENTS MANAGER
COMPENSATION: Base Salary: 45-60k/Annually (Commensurate to experience) Commission: 4% of Sales. Potential to make 85k-110K/year. Ability to grow compensation through increased sales/events.

High School or better.
Bachelors or better.
Ten (10) years experience in hospitality
A minimum of two (2) years experience as a Sales & Events Manager with similar high volume/fine dining concept.
A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Sales & Events Manager in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
