Job summary

Eataly Boston is seeking a Private Dining Lead to bridge the event sales and execution teams, ensuring every client’s expectations are understood and met. You will report to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.

Responsibilities include coordinating client requests, developing menus and BEOs with the store team, and following up on special orders with management and kitchen. A strong communicator with hospitality or retail experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces.

Job Description

The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.

• Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
• Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
• Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
• Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Hourly rate: $24.00

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality or retail experience
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces

Job Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to 4 hours in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
