The Curtis, part of Sage Hospitality, is seeking a Private Dining & Sales Coordinator to own private dining and buyout sales for The Corner Office and support HotelPlanner.com leads. You will partner with the Curtis team to ensure events run smoothly from inquiry to execution, while building a strong client pipeline and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality, business or related coursework preferred.
• Ability to negotiate, sell and influence hotel guests and professionals.
• Experience managing multiple pipelines and proposals in a hospitality setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sole point of contact for The Corner Office private dining and buyout leads.
• Respond to inquiries within 3 hours and prepare contracts, proposals, and BEOs.
• Coordinate event details, room setup, F&B items, audio/visual needs and timelines.
• Maintain top TCO accounts and develop a pipeline for private dining and catering.
• Manage HotelPlanner.com leads, provide quotes, and advance leads through the pipeline.
