Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a proactive Private Dining Sales & Events Manager to drive private dining, restaurant buyouts, group dining, and special event sales. The role blends sales, event management, client relationships, and guest service with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and select events.

You will lead a team, coordinate with culinary and operations, and manage inquiries to post‑event follow‑up, while upholding Concord Hospitality standards and driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private dining, catering sales, event sales, or related hospitality field.
• Proven ability to generate new business, build client relationships, and achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate private dining, restaurant buyout, catering, group dining, and special event sales through prospecting and relationship development.
• Serve as primary contact for clients through the event planning process and post-event follow-up.
• Manage private dining and events from inquiry through contracts, proposals, and turnover to operations.
• Create customized proposals, contracts, and event orders based on client needs.
• Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and event walk-throughs to finalize details.
• Collaborate with restaurant management, culinary, and operations teams to ensure successful events.
