Job summary
Santander US in New York seeks a Private Debt Mobilization – Sales, Associate to develop and manage relationships with investors across private debt and syndicated loans. You will connect investor needs with the Firm's origination, syndication and distribution capabilities.
You will cover assigned accounts, support transaction execution, provide market intelligence, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships while supporting revenue growth and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 5+ years in business development or product specialist management
- Experience in syndicated loan transactions and capital markets
Responsibilities
- Research industry trends in North America Structured Finance
- Cover and develop assigned bank and institutional investor accounts
- Support preparation and review of transaction execution materials
- Market and distribute syndicated loans and private debt products
- Identify opportunities based on client mandates and buy/sell interests
- Execute primary and secondary loan transactions and coordinate settlements
- Grow investor and lender relationships and revenue through new accounts
