Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Cover and develop assigned bank and institutional investor accounts, building relationships and understanding client strategies.
  • Prepare and review transaction execution materials with accuracy and integrity.
  • Market and distribute syndicated loans and private debt to clients.
  • Identify opportunities based on client mandates and investment appetite.
  • Coordinate investor indications, commitments, allocations, trades and settlement.
  • Grow investor and lender franchise by expanding relationships and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze industry trends, market data and transaction activity across the North America Structured Finance market.
  • Cover and develop assigned bank and institutional investor accounts, building strong relationships and understanding clients' investment strategies, portfolio objectives and credit preferences.
  • Support the preparation and review of transaction execution materials, including funds flow statements, funding memoranda and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity across transaction economics, calculations and funding requirements.
  • Market and distribute syndicated loans, private debt and other credit products, providing clients with relevant transaction, pricing and relative-value perspectives.
  • Identify primary and secondary market opportunities based on client mandates, investment appetite, portfolio positioning and buy/sell interests.
  • Execute primary and secondary loan transactions, including coordinating investor indications and commitments, allocations, trades and assignments, and partnering with internal stakeholders through settlement.
  • Grow the investor and lender franchise by deepening existing relationships, developing new accounts and identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective transaction execution and high-quality client experience while adhering to applicable policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal Accounting and Credit teams to support the periodic mark-to-market valuation of transactions held on the Firm's balance sheet, including providing relevant market color, comparable transaction data and secondary market pricing indications.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required.
  • Demonstrated successful execution of syndicated loan transactions.
  • Intellectually product savvy, energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Expert presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Certifications: SIE, S7, S63

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range: Minimum: $175,000.00 USD Maximum: $225,000.00 USD
