Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests, following the three-step service approach: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. This non-lead role supports dining operations and collaborates with teammates to ensure a seamless member experience.

You will maintain menu knowledge, assist with daily duties, and resolve guest concerns using service recovery techniques while upholding club standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Execute orders in a timely manner and maintain knowledge of menu features.
• Handle guest complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist with side work as needed.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and club standards; participate in daily briefings.
