Job summary

Grasslands Club in Gallatin, TN is seeking dedicated Upscale Casual Servers to join our front-of-house team. You will serve as the face of our dining experience, building authentic relationships with members and orchestrating meals that feel effortless and special.

In this role you’ll provide fast, fun, anticipatory service, remember member preferences, present menus with wine pairings, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and uphold timing and presentation standards throughout every service.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a sports bar, private club, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Passion for creating memorable, guest-centered dining experiences.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail fundamentals.
• Polished, articulate communication style with a warm, attentive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks with grace under pressure.
• Proactive, team-first mentality and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, fun and anticipatory table service in an upscale casual environment.
• Build genuine relationships with members, remembering preferences and details.
• Present menus with confidence and knowledge of dishes and wine pairings.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support staff for flawless service.
• Uphold impeccable timing and presentation standards throughout service.
• Proactively identify and resolve member needs before they are voiced.
• Assist with private events and special occasion dining.
• Embed Grasslands Club culture of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.
