Grasslands Club in Tennessee is seeking dedicated Upscale Casual Servers to join our front-of-house team. You will act as the face of our dining experience, building authentic member relationships and orchestrating meals that feel effortless and special.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in private clubs or upscale hospitality.
• Passion for creating memorable, guest-centered dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, fun and anticipatory table service in an upscale casual environment.
• Build genuine relationships with members, remembering preferences and details.
• Present menus with confidence and advise on food and wine pairings.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support staff for flawless service.
• Uphold timing and presentation standards throughout service.
• Identify and resolve member needs before they are voiced.
• Assist with private events and special occasion dining.
• Uphold Grasslands Club culture of warmth, professionalism, and detail.
