Job summary

Grasslands Club, located in Gallatin, TN, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining and beverage operations with a private-club mindset. You will be highly visible to members, coach a diverse FOH team, and ensure service standards and labor goals are met.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a track record in upscale dining, and a passion for personalized hospitality within a multi-outlet setting at a discerning club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience managing upscale dining and beverage operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across daily FOH operations for multiple dining and beverage outlets.
• Lead outlet managers, supervisors, bartenders, servers, and hosts with clear expectations and coaching.
• Maintain high service standards, training programs, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless timing, presentation, and service.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls to drive profitability.
