Job summary

Grasslands Club in Gallatin, Tennessee seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This high-visibility role involves coaching managers, maintaining service standards, and driving exceptional member experiences in a busy private-club setting.

The candidate will oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and operational processes, partnering with Culinary leadership to elevate the Grasslands F&B program and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or multi-outlet operations.
• Experience leading elevated dining and beverage operations in private clubs or luxury settings.
• Strong understanding of service standards, training, scheduling, labor management, beverage operations, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across daily F&B operations.
• Coach and develop outlet managers, supervisors, bartenders, servers, hosts, and service staff.
• Set and maintain service standards, appearance, communication, teamwork, and accountability.
• Oversee pre-shift meetings, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership to ensure timing, presentation, and execution are seamless.
• Monitor daily covers, revenue, labor, and operational performance; adjust plans as needed.
• Manage labor proactively through scheduling and staffing.
• Maintain strong controls over member charges, inventories, and cost management.
• Support Club events, tournaments, and high-volume periods.
