Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards. You will work with the team to create a seamless dining experience, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and retention through warm welcomes, timely service, and careful attention to detail.

The role supports daily operations in the dining area and participates in service duties as needed, with training included to meet club standards and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and assist in other duties as required.
