Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards. It involves applying the 3-steps of service with warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells in a dynamic club environment.

As a non-lead role, you will support dining area operations, assist in service duties, and ensure guest satisfaction. Prior F&B experience and Invited F&B training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service per Invited F&B program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the full menu and daily features.
• Greet members by name and make them feel at home.
• Assist teammates to ensure seamless guest experience.
