Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at our private clubs. You will uphold Invited’s service standards, greet guests by name, and work with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

The role requires prior food and beverage service experience, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by local regulations, and completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and follow Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests promptly.
• Know the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work; keep areas clean and stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
