Job summary

Invited invites you to join its hospitality team as a Server 1, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests while upholding Invited’s service standards and the three-steps of service.

Reporting to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager, you will greet members by name, know the menu, collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience, and complete daily duties with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills, clear and effective.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery.
• Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, safety.
