Job summary

Invited is seeking a hospitality team member to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests in a high‑end club environment. You will greet guests by name, maintain menu knowledge, and work with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Exercise professional communication, follow policies, and participate in daily briefings. Prior F&B experience and Invited training are preferred; certifications as required by regulations are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous F&B service experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and deliver warm welcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, daily features, and specials.
• Resolve member/guest concerns using service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily tasks and ensure clean, organized work areas.
• Support management and attend daily briefings.
