The role requires 2–4 years in a casual or fine dining kitchen, physical stamina, and a willingness to work in an outdoor environment when needed. You will contribute to a high-service dining program at the private club.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant kitchen
• Frequent bending, stooping, pulling and lifting
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to occasionally work in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Station prep and maintaining par levels.
• Daily culinary operations within station.
• Assistance with banquet prep and operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized station and workspace.
• Workplace safety and proper food handling.
• Perform daily kitchen prep tasks along with assigned station items.
