Spring Run Golf Club is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality items for members and events. You will support the culinary team, maintain a clean workstation, and help deliver an elevated dining experience in a country club setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience, familiarity with recipes, proper food handling, and a team-first attitude. Flexibility for banquet and event coverage is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have reading, prep, and production list familiarity.
• Ability to read recipes and follow production sheets with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Food safety basics and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down stations before during and after service.
• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, stocks, salads as per recipes.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent dining room service and events.
• Follow portioning, plating, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate timing with other stations, expeditors, servers and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, temperature control and storage procedures.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock using FIFO, assist with deliveries as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning and prep checklists; assist teammates as needed.
