Job summary

Naples Bay Club, part of Naples Bay Resort & Club, seeks a highly visible, hospitality-driven Club General Manager to lead its private membership operations and day-to-day club experiences. You will oversee member services, dining, wellness, recreation, and facilities to deliver a premium, personalized club environment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong relationship-building with members, and a track record of managing budgets, programming, and team development in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Club General Manager to deliver a distinctive private‑club experience for Naples Bay Club members and resort guests.
• Oversee all club operations including member services, F&B, spa and wellness, pools, tennis, fitness, and facilities.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, expense control, labor productivity, and capital planning.
• Partner with the Managing Director to set strategic direction, service standards, and operating objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments.
• Develop programming and events that strengthen member engagement and community within the club.
• Ensure privacy, exclusivity, and alignment with the broader resort experience while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
